Is it weird for a year 13 guy to date a guy in year 12?

Or even be friends with him - idk ever since secondary school people my age have always frowned upon others who date people in the years below and would always make jokes calling them a pedo and I'm kinda worried if people still continue that behaviour in college lol or like if they see it as weird. They see gay couples as weird enough but a year below? idk

Not really as long as they are only talking and going out and doing nothing else 😭 😭 😭 then there's nothing wrong with it.
A year difference is nothing. Ignore the idiots at college etc as long as you are happy with it then that is what counts.
