Biomedical Scinces from the University of Manchester

Hi I have just graduated from the Uni of Manchester. The degree is not IBMS registered. Apparently it does not make any difference as anyone who want to work as a biomedical scientist should be HCPC registered which even an IBMS accredited degree will not be HCPc straight away. I am trying to think again and rather than topping up and work in a band 2 lab, go for a degree in diagnostic radiotherapy. Ill be HCPC registered and guaranteed job at the end. What you are thinking about it? Can you tell me any point that I might have missed in my judgement? I know time wise is basically the same. Might take 6 months for the top up. Please share with me your valuable experiences and thoughts. Thanks
