Hi, I applied to SFE a few months ago and they've finally reached back out and requested a handwritten letter stating any past addresses I've lived at since 2022.
Here's part of the email they've sent me for some context:

Evidence needed for Student Finance Academic Year 2025/26
Thank you for your application for student finance. In order to progress
your application, you need to provide us with the following information
and/or evidence.
Address history
Please send us a handwritten letter telling us any addresses you lived at
from 01/09/2022 - Present.
Details needed for the letter:
• Each full address and postcode.
• The date you moved there and the date you moved out.
• There must be no gaps between moving out of one address and moving
into the next.
• You must sign this letter.
Once we receive this information we will be able to progress your
application further.

I'm a little confused as to how to format the letter and whether I can just take a photograph of it and upload it to my account, or actually physically mail it over. (I know that's what it says, but I'd prefer not to send anything out, so looking at alternatives)
