Leeds Beckett Accomodation
Hi. I'm starting uni at leeds beckett this september. I've been looking into my accommodation options and was wondering how mill street, the plaza, iq leeds, and hepworth lodge are? if anyone could give any insight on how sociable these accoms are, and anything else related to these accoms really, that would be of huge help.

Hi! I'm starting this September as well. I'm personally in the iQ dorms and have heard great things from my Cousins. iQ are the most budget friendly in terms of ensuite rooms within campus.

My friend who went into first year last year went to the iq leeds accom and he says he really enjoys it. The rules are lax, theres lots of amenities, en-suite + it’s actually cheaper rn than for what it was for him (It’s the cheapest accom overall on the Leeds Beckett website). Room sizes are relatively small and I believe it’s rather sociable. I know that I’m booking in for there this year. Be careful though as you do need a large sum of deposit before you get ur loan. Booking fee is £125 and on August 1st they ask for 6 weeks rent (£906) but it does come off of the overall yearly rent.
