Problem with Linkedin.

Hi guys, I’m 16 years old and I have just finished gcses. Currently, im looking for a job and Ive been using linkedin to find a job. I’ve also used LinkedIn to find different work experience opportunities aswell. However recently, I was logging into LinkedIn when it said my account has been temporarily disabled with no reason and it asked me to verify my age. So i did the verification process (scanning my face and stuff and proving my age using an id or passport). It has been nearly a month since this and my account is still locked. I’m quite baffled by this since linkedin is for 16 and over.
Has anyone else experienced this and what should I do in this situation?

Forgot to add *I do younger for my age and I have a babyface so I think that could be a factor as to why my account is locked still*

If you've shown a proof of age then it shouldn't be an issue that you might look younger than 16. Have you checked your junk/spam mailbox just incase a response has gone there? Otherwise reach out to their customer support team :smile:
