Informal Chat invite - Volunteering Role

I applied to a volunteer role at a museum and they emailed me back saying they want me to come to the museum and have a brief , informal chat.
What does this mean ??
Is this a good sign for me getting it ???

It means they want to find out more about you - what you can offer the museum, what you hope to get out of it, what sort of roles there might be and what they might involve... It's informal, so you can both be more relaxed and suss each other out - a good chance to see if it might work for both of you. Think of it like a first date - lunch, or coffee, but not dinner. If they like you, and you like them, then the next date might be dinner - i.e. a formal interview, where you would (I imagine) need to complete an application form beforehand.
