Oxford model UN program

Hi,

Has anyone done the Oxford model UN program? I’d love some insight about it.
Thanks

Hey I did it last year and the best advice is I can give is to be as prepared as possible. Like iirc there's a minimum page you have to do but there are gonna be people who walk in with folders of research! I'm not saying lose sleep over it but the more you know the easier it is to engage with other people about the topic and you have a farrr funner time imo. I hope this was any sort of help )

On the website it says it costs £300 per delegate but if you're school is a qualifying school you get the fee reduced dramatically so it would be worth asking [email protected]. you'll also have to factor where you'll stay as I'm not sure if Oxford university offers accommodation. I applied through my school btw. Any other questions and I'd be more than willing to answer

I haven't applied to uni yet so I can't say much in that regards haha. But when it comes to the experience it was useful as a springboard for my supercurricular activities. Especially since it happened so early in the academic year I realised I wanted to do other things that were like Oxford Mun so as a result I did quite a lot of stuff (though it still doesn't feel like enough) anything else feel free to ask 😃
