First year student very confused here

Okay so my last assignment with the OU was flagged for misconduct & then I was sent a study lecture to attend no action to be taken by the ACO yet my results are pending & when I called to ask how long it would take considering I was told by SST this wouldn’t affect my results it has I’m very confused especially as they haven’t actually told me why it was initially flagged 😅 can someone who’s been through this or something similar please help 🙏🏻 ( I’m doing Criminology & Psychology) I had my Criminology results but Psych is pending so I don’t know my actual overall combined score
