cant sleep or do anything

even after benzos1-2 hrs max then i’m wide awake and i cant focus enough to do anything, what else is there? tried everything i have nothing works. i can’t focus can’t even touch my art project, its all wrong, i ****ed it up and its now corrupted, bc of it its been days and i haave to start AGAIN before its too late but now everythng feels fractutred

I feel the same way. I can't fall asleep and I have no appetite. I have to work on my dissertation but I just don't feel motivated enough. I feel like nothing I'm doing is going anywhere.

haha, i dont evenrmember what food tastes like anymore, hated how dirty it made me feel anyway,whats your disseratation on
