MSc application

hey! hope all is well.

I am applying for MSc transport economics and received a conditional offer to get 6.5 (no less than 6.0 each component) but:
1. I studied in uk back in 2018-2019 in an English centre and got an B2 upper intermediate certificate.
2.completed a foundation year in gcc country University then did an IELTS in 2021 for Bachelor degree scored 6.5 but in reading 5.5.
3.completed my bachelor of science degree with 4.0 in my thesis (dissertation).
4.took an life skill course in scientific reading and writing course in my second year of bachelor.

yet when I contacted administration they refused to waiver this requirement and am in a sensitive time were I might loss the chance to get sponsored.

do you know any way I can get waiver or at least postpone the requirement submission until later and get unconditional offer now by signing anything that shows I will bring a vailed test result of my English before finishing program like singing that I won't graduate until I proved an evidences of my English?
