Unable to view any of the entitlement letters on my account
Hi there, I need to provide evidence of my latest student finance entitlement letter and, having tried several different devices and browsers, the pdf viewer stays empty, not showing the file or providing any possible way to download it anywhere.
Any help is appreciated, thank you

I have all the letters in the inbox on my account but when I press View PDF it opens the frame where the PDF should be and it is empty. There is no option to download it anywhere either and this is the same for all devices and browsers I have used.

Can you please try a different device and internet browser, if possible? That often fixes this issue.
For example, if you're using your phone can you try using a PC or laptop instead?
