I will sit the Certificate in Finance, Accounting and Business (CFAB) in October and November 2027 as an Independent Student of the ICAEW. 6 multiple choice papers. So many gain a training contract after impressing firms with top scores.
Taxation roles have a huge lack of applicants and go unfilled mostly. So, for me it will not be a problem as I will have the CFAB Certificate Level certification and also A-Levels as well as applying to UCAS for a Law degree. 🙂
I already have the eTextbooks. The fact the pass mark is only 55% is why I am assured success but I will be aiming for 80s and 90s.

This isn’t feasible. How can you be in two places at once? Are you a spectre from Scooby Doo?
You can’t be at university reading law whilst at the same time be at (say) KPMG on a training contract.
I don’t think that you’ll have this problem though… just an inkling.

I am amazed at the profiles of St. John's College, Oxford Law undergraduates:

All of them studied 4 to 6 A-Levels as it included Maths and Further Maths. WOW 🙂

Philip: History, Latin, Philosophy, Maths, Further Maths, German

Oliver: French, Modern History, Maths, Further Maths

Gareth: Maths, Further Maths, History, English and Economics

Philip 2: Higher Level Math, Physics and History and Standard Level English A, French A and Chemistry.

Even the IB Maths, Physics, History guy has done Further Maths content. 😛 lol

Now I might have a chance as I'm taking Maths, Further Maths, Spanish, French and Chemistry.

I completely agree. His posting has shifted from “slightly awkward” to consistently voyeuristic and objectifying. It reads less like genuine discussion and more like someone trying to get a kick out of other people’s situations.
