Submitted EU25N form 2 days ago but portal says application "incomplete"
Hi,
My sister sent her EU25N form via the post with the evidence required 2 days ago and it was received yesterday via RoyalMail tracking.
However, when she checked her SFE portal it says her application is incomplete and "1. 2025 / 2026 Full time Course details not given". Is this normal for a paper based application?
How would she be informed that her application is being processed?
