Do your teachers have passion - Sefton Sixth form

I am looking at sixth forms in Liverpool and Sefton stood out to me but there's no way to find out about the teachers and if they're truly passionate about their specific subjects (I'm sure they would be and this sounds like a dumb question) but for biology, chemistry and psychology at sefton, are the teachers amazing?

Teachers are generally passionate about their subjects but teaching takes its toil on people and some deal with it better than others. Schools and colleges that achieve outward success generally do so by selecting only the best students, putting huge amounts of pressure on teachers and students to perform and getting rid of students who don't perform / behave. This creates headline results everyone is happy with but does it produce good students?

The best way to get a feel for your colleges is to go to the open days. Good luck!
