Im a second year medical student at Queen’s University Belfast and I’m looking for someone to take over my 44-week tenancy at John Bell House (Ensuite Bronze Room) because I’ve decided to go with a different accommodation last minute.

Room Type: Ensuite Bronze
Location: John Bell House, Belfast – super central and walking distance to QUB
Contract Dates: 06 September 2025 – 11 July 2026
Total Rent: £7,876.00 *No deposit required*
Private bathroom, shared kitchen, all bills included

Anyone who takes over my contract will get the perk of saving some money, as my contract was booked at £179pw and is being sold by me at the same price while it is currently selling at £190pw everywhere else and will only increase with demand.
