Fee Status Questionnaire

In part 2 of the questionnaire, it states:

b. What nationality are you*?

*If you are a national of two or more countries you must list all.

I have lived in England all my life and was born here, therefore have a british passport. However, both my parents where born in Turkey, but are British citizens now. I also have a turkish passport.

Therefore, do i put down: Britsh, Turkish.

Many thanks

but your nationality is still english regardless of whether you have a turkish passport or not. so i would put british, also it makes things less complicated!!

ie- i was born here, therefore have a british passport, but i also have a nigerian one cuz my mums from there and i have an american one cuz of my dad, but i would still be classified as british

did you take a photocopy of every page of your passport?

because i have like 30 blank pages.. do you have to include them?

You only have to photocopy your passport if you're a non-EU national.

If you're a British citizen then you don't have to do this.

I thought you did, even if you are a British citizen;
if you tick the "British National" box on section 5, the evidence you have to provide is every page of your passport.

Hmm...maybe they've they changed the form or something? Cos when I filled it out last year it said you only had to photocopy your passport if you're a non-EU national.

If it says that then yeah, I guess you do have to photocpy every page. But last year I didn't send in any copies.

Well I just read off my form that's in front of me

In fact, I'll have to photocopy every page of my old (also British) one as well, since my new one wasn't valid for 3 years before the first day of starting the course! Waste of trees, UCL.

What did you guys write for Question 2d: in which country are you ordinarily resident?
I was born in Germany, lived there for 10 years, then moved to Japan, lived there for 4 years, then moved back to Germany, and now I'm in Hong Kong.
My parents are British though and all my family lives in Britain.
Should I put down my nan's address? Or should I put down my old address in Germany?
HELP PLEASE!! I want home status!!  :yep:

Wow, this thread is old! But I have the same question as you; I don't see the supposedly enclosed fee questionnaire on the Portico. Have you managed to find it yet? Or have you received an email from them?

Sorry I'm having the same troubles as you at the moment. Have you found out where the questionnaire is?

I believe the message on Portico is just a copy of the text given in the physical letter that UCL sends you in the post. The fee status questionnaire, I believe, is enclosed with that.

Hey guys!
So either I never got the Fee status questionnaire or I lost it (which is probably more likely :/).
But I was wondering if any of you haven't filled it out yet and could possibly post it here or send me a scan of it? Pretty :please:? Thank you very much!

Helloooo, I just wanted to ask how long it took them to reply to you after you'd sent off the fee status questionnaire. I sent mine off today and just wanted a rough estimate. Thank you
