Can omega‑3 reduce aggressive behavior?

Yes, omega 3 may help reduce aggressive behaviour. It supports brain health and helps control mood by lowering stress and improving emotional balance. Some studies show that people, especially children and teens, may become calmer and less aggressive after taking omega 3 regularly. It works best when combined with a healthy diet and lifestyle. However, results can vary from person to person.

What "studies"? Can you link to validated peer reviewed research? Has there been any RCTs or longitudinal research? I ask as everything you have written sounds like a salespersons pitch full of hyperbole and the last few lines could literally apply to anything, so thus my suspicious are even more elevated.
