I’m confused you say your 17…yet your questioning whether 15 too young to be drinking coffee? Nevertheless the only after effects of drinking coffee it keeps you awake and alert don’t make that a regular thing or habit otherwise you’ll have the need to drink it all the time. And too much ain’t good for you.

Personally, I do think 15 is a bit early to start regularly drinking coffee. While I'm not against caffeine itself it has its benefits for adults, like helping with focus or even easing headaches for some the developing bodies and brains of teenagers might react differently. It's an interesting topic, especially when you compare coffee vs. energy drinks, as the source and type of caffeine can have different effects on the body. It's great that you've quit now, and if you're worried about any long-term effects, it might be worth mentioning to a doctor or a health professional, just for peace of mind. They could give you the most accurate information based on your individual situation.
