Can I get my end of module assignment remarked at the Open University?

I've just completed my second year at the OU and received my marks back for my end of module assessments.
For one module (ER) I received 80.
For the other module (ES) I received 55.
I handed in what I thought was reasonably okay work for ER, and very strong work (for me) for ES. So I was not surprised to see I received below a first for ER, but very surprised to see I received a 3rd for ES. I have never received a mark so low in my life, and I've handed in some weak work in the past, and received higher marks.
I'm not saying I'm not capable of ever receiving low marks, but I'm ~90% sure that this was a strong assignment. I worked extremely hard on it, even neglecting the other assignment I got 80 for.
The assignment came back with almost no feedback. I answered two questions, one with some lines of feedback and one with none. There is a checkbox for each question, with no score filled in at the end.
I want to stress I am not just disappointed I received a low score. I've received low scores before and it's always been something I've missed. This time, I genuinely do not believe my work warranted 55%, and don't believe it was marked with much effort.
I've contacted this tutor and haven't had a response. This is normal for them, and is contributing to my suspicions.
I know I can't tangibly prove that my work was wrongly marked, so I feel I'm probably out of luck. But, is there anything I can do to at least get someone else to look at it?
