I'm not able to help you directly with your query as I don't work for that department, but hopefully I can guide you to the correct person. If you visit this page, it contains the course contacts and you should be able to chat, or send an e-mail to staff on the course who may be able to help you with your query.

I obviously don't know your situation and your child care arrangeents, but in case it helps, I send my daughter to the university's nursery, Tir Na Nog, and she loves it there - it's like sending her to family members 🫶. This might not be what your are looking for, but thought I;d share it in case it is useful for you.

Hey, I’ve been offered a place on the dental hygiene course ☺️. I was on the reserves list and haven’t yet been given the email to order uniform/ complete dbs check etc. I have emailed Bangor but have not yet heard back. Has anyone managed to order/ complete this? Also do we have a time table yet?

Hopefully you'll get an answer from a colleague of yours soon. I don't know much about this school so I can't give yuou advice, but in the post above, I did refer someone to the course page where there is a chat function with staff members. Maybe try this?
