Student Loan Company and Special Support Element
I just got a letter from the SLC confirming my loan payments and Im in receipt of the max loan £9400 but on my award letter it said that the SLC will also pay a Special Support Loan element of £2400 however this isn’t shown on the letter I just got from SLC is the £2400 included in the £9400 or is a separate a thing ?

Hi there. This amount should be confirmed on your entitlement letter, did you provide any evidence for the Special Support Loan? Thanks, David

Was the document you provided your PIP letter? If not, can you please tell us what it was you sent?

It wasn’t a PIP letter it was just the standard parents income etc
