Warwick Postgraduate Accommodation
Hi! I'm doing a postgrad course 2025-26 and am looking to takeover a campus contract. I've also checked the website for student vacancies (without luck). Please let me know if you have a contract you're looking to transfer.

Hi, I’m also at Warwick and just wanted to say it can be really hard to find a campus contract this late, since most are taken quickly. Keep checking the Warwick accommodation vacancy page, as sometimes rooms do pop up, especially if someone cancels last minute.
If you can’t find anything on campus, I suggest checking Cannon Park area. It’s super close to campus, and a lot of postgrads live there. Rent is a bit cheaper than campus and it’s very convenient.
Also, if you’re okay with a longer commute, Coventry city centre has more options and usually better value for money. Lots of buses run to campus and some places include bills too.
