Student Studio Apartment for rent!
Hello!
I have decided to take a break in study, therefore I will not be needing my accomodation this coming academic year. I need to find someone to take over my tenancy!
The room is a classic studio at Q Studios, it is about a 10 minute walk to Staffordshire University. It includes an en-suite bathroom and personal kitchen. The building also has an onsite gym and common room.
It's a 48 week tenancy, starting from 06/09/2025 to 07/08/2026.
£145 a week, £6,960 in total.
I will attach some photos from the Q Studios website, I can confirm these are accurate to the actual rooms.
