Evision Access

Hi, I’ve tried to access my evision with no success. there is zero trace of the email that i set it up with, i’ve tried emailing the help desk for help however they just closed the case and told me to reset my password but the password isn’t the issue. it’s the email. i save all my emails i write them all down. so why is this email non existent. i’m getting particularly annoyed as i need access to it for my funding ect. i have no family to help me out and i live alone i need access to this or Im going to be homeless 😭. absolute disaster, has anyone else experienced this, or am i just the unluckiest person on planet earth ?!

and how do i fix it ?!

Hey, what uni is it?

For some unis their eVision is currently not accessible as they're preparing to receive Scottish Highers results.

For some they will be blocked again so they can prepare for A Level results on the 14th August.

Some unis also won't reply to any emails either.

It could well be, as @LMol suggests, that the university concerned has taken access away due to the embargo on Scottish exam results.

If this is the case, then:

1.

Your access is likely to come back just after 09:00 on Tuesday 5th August

2.

It will go away again at some point for the A-level results embargo before 08:00 on Friday 8th August, until some point after 08:00 on Thurday 14th August.

If you're not sure, it might be worth contacting the Help Desk again and explicitly ask whether you have lost access "due to the UCAS embargo". This is the sort of thing the Help Desk should have been told about -- but you mentioning it might jog their memory or prompt them to check.
