Want to take my car to uni but will be living on De Havilland campus

I would really like to bring my car to uni, i think it would be more convenient for my course (paramedic science) as it’d be easier to commute to placement later on in the year but I’ve been offered accommodation on the De Havilland campus which has no parking, i’ll be mainly studying on the College Lane campus too. I’m not exactly sure what to do or where I could park it. I would also like some general advice about placement, is it worth taking my car or is commuting to placement not that much of an issue as I’ve heard?

It would depend on how far your placement is! So London may be easier as the trains! But further away may be harder or closer would be better to drive! As for parking you may be able to email the school or make friends with someone who will let you park there!

^^ this!! My boyfriend's placement was in Stevenage, so he could get a direct bus to there which was an hour journey (but he had to wake up at around 4-5am). If it's in London, I'd recommend if you're going to use trains you get a railcard as your tickets will be cheaper and it lasts for a year .

I looked about parking and I got this: https://ask.herts.ac.uk/residential-parking-79fe94c0-392b-41dd-b266-e208050d756e

but try emailing the uni
