Hi everyone, I urgently need to find a new tenant for my accommodation in Alexandra Works,Plymouth in room 402C
The room is an en-suite with a single bed and large desk, rent is 109-115 per week, total licence fee £5,246.
Please let me know if you’re interested else I cannot get out of this contract and I will need to pay despite me wanting to go to a university 3 hours away 💔💔💔
