Are there any specialities that you can work from home?

I've just finished doing my A-Levels and have a place for medical school at 2 universities and waiting my results.
I was wondering if there are any specialities you can work from home full time after training? Or during speciality training? I'm interested in a few areas mostly radiology.

Radiology is the most obvious one. A sizeable number of radiologists work internationally for companies such as Medica who offer telemedicine services.
