University of Nottingham Private Accommodation
Hey! I am looking for a person to takeover my room in a 5 bedroom flat in Beeston, Nottingham.
The bedroom has a small double bed and ensuite. The kitchen area is communal, with a smart TV (landlord covers TV licence for communal area) and regular cleaning.
Price: £160 per week for 48 weeks. This includes a free tram pass.
Location: Mooregate House, Middle Street, Beeston, NG9 1FX.
It is directly across the Beeston Town Centre tram/bus stop and is at the heart of the town centre. It is a 7 min tram journey to the University of Nottingham and a 20 minute journey to Nottingham City Centre.
Tesco's Extra (1 min walk), Lidl (10 min walk), Sainsbury's (5 min walk) and Co-op (5 min walk).
