Tenancy Takeover - The Plaza, Leeds (LS2), 25/26 academic year

(first post, kinda nervous 😳) Hey guys! I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy in The Plaza (Unite Students Leeds) for the 2025/26 academic year! I originally booked the room back in April but haven’t moved in, and since then I’ve decided to cancel the booking and move into a studio - but I’ll need someone to take over the existing tenancy.

The room is an ensuite, sharing a kitchen with 4 others. It's £175 per week including all bills, and a short walk from Uni of Leeds, Leeds Beckett City Campus and Leeds Arts University. The building is also in the city centre, meaning that you're super close to supermarkets, shops, restaurants etc. The building itself also has a lot of its own amenities, including a gym, cinema, and a lot of study rooms and common areas.

If you're looking to book with Unite Students in Leeds this year, please consider booking my room! I really need to be freed from my contract, but have been told that I can't cancel unless I find a replacement.
