Recap 3rd year at Uni

Hi

I need some advice regarding my son.

He attended Northampton university 2020-2023 and completed his second year in Accounting & Finance. He began his 3rd but due to pressure of having a baby at Uni and in the relationship he couldn’t compete and gave up.

Will he still be able to get a student finance to complete and can he do it on line? If so what would he have to do. He doesn’t know I am enquiring.

Any help would be appreciated

Thank you

Since your son completed 2 years of university, he could credit transfer onto the Open University Accounting and Finance course (https://www.open.ac.uk/courses/accounting/degrees/bsc-accounting-finance-r52), as it is all online, but will likely have to start from second year.

Although the open uni say 3 year full time starting from the first year, many people complete it whilst working full time jobs (in their spare time, and in weekend)
