Withdrawing from my AHP degree

I started studying in Jan 2025 for an MSc Therapeutic Radiography at Birmingham City University. I decided to withdraw from this AHP degree during the second term this week as I now want to study another AHP exemption degree in Operating Department Practice. My question to SFE is how much tuition fee and maintenance loan do I have to repay back to SFE? Is it for all of term 2 even though I was only part way through it or is it just the percentage overpaid to me by SFE of the tuition and maintenance loan elements? Do I have to repay all immediately or can i repay by instalments?

Hi there. Have you received a letter regarding any overpayment from leaving the course? There should be one in your inbox on your online account if you have already withdrawn from the course and we are aware of it.

Your would only go into overpayment for Maintenance Loan and it is pro-rata based on your dates of attendance. Thanks, Leah.
