IELTS/Conditional offer

I got a conditional offer at university of Dundee to study medicine.i have a B in GCSE English as a second language but they required me to upload an English certificate few weeks back (due date is end of August ).Results day is next week, if I meet the offer ,Can they withdraw it ? ( there was nothing said about English requirement in conditional offer letter specifically about English-no clear reference ) does people get IELTS requirement in their conditional offer letter ??

I think it might be part of your student visa requirements

I suspect that they know you have a qualification that meets their English requirement but they require proof of this before issuing your CAS for visa purposes. Call Dundee if you are worried about this.
