Desperately seeking answers - Dentistry in Bulgaria

Hi, Closing date for applications is fast approaching (this Fri) so I need some answers desperately. I am interested in Dentistry at Sofia or Varna Universities. Does anyone know how I can apply for the entrance exam and any other pre-requisites without paying the extortionate fees to an Agency?

I've tried to contact the Universities direct but no-one picks up. If anyone has good fone numbers that would help!

There must be some way of independently applying for the entrance exam! I'm in panic mode :-(
