If you had achieved grades ABBB and you did not have an A in math would it be worth it to apply to Warwick economics or would it be a waste of time?

Two As with one A being in math and the other A being in another subject.

It depends, if you can get your predicted grades up by then, it’s definitely worth applying but I wouldn’t waste the application place if there’s other unis you like the look of
Maybe speak to the admissions office at Warwick, good luck!

check if you qualify for contextual. If not and you still want to apply then make sure you have suitable backups for your other 4 choices.

Presumably you're eligible for a contextual offer?

No unfortunately I am not, that’s why I was wondering if they would take someone who’s one grade away or if they just wouldn’t. All econ unis would want an A in math.

I thought their requirements were A*AA including an A in maths? That would put you 2 grades off including in the key subject.

That would have been useful to know at the start.

Tbh I think it would be a waste of time, but it's your decision.
