I’m looking for a postgraduate student to take over my on-campus accommodation contract at Wentworth College, University of York.
• 📅 Contract start date: 8th September 2025
• 📆 Contract length: 51 weeks
• 💷 Weekly rent: £194 (all bills included)
• 🏫 Student type required: Postgraduate student only
• 🏠 Accommodation type: University-managed room at Wentworth College
• ✅ Perfect for those looking for quiet, postgraduate-only housing on campus
I have already signed the contract, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I won’t be able to stay and am therefore looking for a suitable replacement tenant.
