URGENT accommodation tenancy take over leeds

I was given misinformation about the cancellation process and was informed that if i could no longer afford it i would be able to cancel and when calling to cancel was told to provide a reason why and they will just ask for evidence then cancel it. I now need someone to take over my tenancy in order to cancel.

I receive 3k per SFE instalment however each rent instalment is 3.8k and i’ve provided evidence and explained my situation yet they only reply that they have empathy.

Please help if you are interested comment/contact or share to people who are going to university in leeds.

its a studio (ensuite, kitchen and double bed)
💷£201 pw all bills included
⏰Duration: 52 weeks
🗓️Start date: 30/08/2025 (30th of august however I can look into getting in early september)
🗓️ End date: 28/08/2026
📍Area: 15 minutes walk to city
🚶10 minute walk to Uni of leeds
🚶 13-15 minutes walk to leeds beckett
🚶 Just one bus ride away from leeds trinity

-cinema room
