help! entry requirements and clearing

hi!

so i really want to go to uni of liverpool but i didn't originally apply so I'm going to apply through clearing on results day. unfortunately, my course (biomedical science) requires biology and chemistry but i took biology and physics. is there any chance they will accept me even though i don't meet the requirements? this is my dream university and im so upset at the prospect of not being able to get in. thank you so much for reading, any advice is greatly appreciated.

Hi!

It is true that biomedical sciences have specific subject requirements because of the course content, but this can vary during clearing and your overall grades and experience may also be advantageous.
I strongly recommend contacting the university and explaining your situation/grades after receiving your results.

Wish you all the best

I doubt that they will change a subject requirement in Clearing, but you could ring Liverpool today and ask if this is likely. Unis go into embargo tomorrow until results day, so today is your last chance to call. What's your plan B if you can't get into Liverpool?
