Hey @juicy400

It's great that you want to gain more knowledge about Business Management before you start your degree! I think reading books can be a great way to start, some interesting books I would recommend are - “The Lean Startup” by Eric Ries, “Good to Great” by Jim Collins, and “The Personal MBA” by Josh Kaufman. While these books are not necessarily exactly related to what you might be taught at university, there are great to gain knowledge. Because Business Management is a broad subject, you might find it useful to explore different areas, such as Marketing, Finance, Operations, HR, etc, and see what interests you the most.

Something that I did before I started my course was read articles from the Harvard Business Review, The Financial Times and the Economist. They are usually shorter, lighter, and also amazing to keep up with current business issues that helped me in my course discussions.

Another thing you can do to get a head start is potentially looking into what modules you will be studying during the first semester and reading articles, getting familiar with key terms, watching YouTube videos, and doing short online courses around them.

I hope this helps, please let me know if you have any questions and I will be happy to answer them!

All the best,
