tenancy takeover needed in Sheffield

I was staying at the Electric Press in Sheffield this year for uni, but I've decided not to continue my course next year. The problem is I rebooked the room for next year way back in December and only decided to drop out recently, so I need to find someone to take over my tenancy soon. It's an 8 bed silver plus ensuite, and the room rate is £105 a week (but I'm not entirely sure if it's going up this year). Please let me know if you're interested. Thanks

Good luck, I hope you find someone to take your room. Does the student union have accommodation services? It might be worth contacting them to see if you can advertise the room there.

Sorry to hear you are struggling to find someone to take over your tenancy. We do have Smart Move Sheffield located in the Students Union (next to Grill n Go). I would recommend dropping by there and asking about them advertising your tenancy. You can just drop in, no appointment necessary.
