Kingston clearing decision Graphic Design

Hey guys I'm planning to transfer in year 2 graphic design in Kingston, I've sent my portfolio and my transcript off to clearing as they requested it, does anyone know how long it would take for them to give me a decision?

could I ask if you are transferring course internally in Kingston, or transferring from another university?
Secondly regarding time, i would consider calling Kingston clearing soon so you can get a clearer idea as to where you are in the process.

I'm transferring from a different university, regarding with time it's been more than a week since I've heard any news from them, (last I heard, that they had got my portfolio) not sure whether to call the clearing hotline again to see if I got in or not
