Hi Jess,

We can accept a cover letter from you which confirms your mums date of death (typed signature is acceptable) or a photocopy of her death certificate. Was she the sole sponsor supporting your application or did her partner live with her and also provide her details? Thanks, Jason

Hi jess.pearshouse,

I am sorry to hear of your loss. If you upload the death certificate, we can update this for you. Are you in contact with your father at all? Can you also confirm your age?

Thanks, Clare

Thank you - all we need from you right now is to please upload a copy of the death certificate.

Once that's done our assessment team will contact you if they need any further details, rest assured.

Just to let you know, we're currently processing evidence in 17 working days.

Thanks, Graeme
