Falmouth student accommodation (Ocean View), FIRST MONTH RENT ALREADY PAID!
Hi everyone,
I am a Falmouth University student, looking to sign over my tenancy at Ocean View private student accommodation.
This tenancy is for the next academic year from 13th September 2025 to 4th September 2026.
One double room in a 4 bed townhouse with en suite, garden area, shared kicthen/living room, off street parking, communal gym, cinema room, study space and all bills included.
This is a lovely student accommodation and I had a great time living there. Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances I will not be able to stay for this tenancy.
