is there hope for me - a levels

so basically i took maths fm chem physics in yr 12 and i got A in maths, B in physics, and D in chem & fm
i know this is very bad but im wondering if theres still hope for me to improve especially sonce i did bad at gcse i got a 7 in maths and 6 in physics??

idk if ill be able to do good in fm but its essential for me to take it for the engineering course at imperial.

can someone tell me whether to keep fm or not is it a smart choice??

as I have to take it privately now as the fm teacher is leaving.

I think it depends on whether you think you can do it. The D in Chemistry will need to improve, but if you think you can’t improve that grade AND the Further Maths grade simultaneously, I would advise you to drop FM. You can still improve and just because your GCSE grades aren’t nines, it doesn’t mean you aren’t able to achieve an A* for your A-Levels. Keep working hard and know your limits, be honest with yourself—because you know yourself the best!
