Hi @Steph14678

Exam technique and time management are 2 very common things that lots of people struggle with when preparing for exams so don't worry, you aren't alone! When I was doing my A-Levels, I also struggled with how to structure answers to make sure I included everything the exam markers were looking for. I spoke to one of my teachers about it and they suggested practicing past papers. If you get access to some economics past papers and work through them with the mark scheme you start to pick up on all the little important things that you need to include! This also assists with time management as you can set up a timer on the side whilst you write the answer to the question, stopping when you run out of time as if you are in actual exam conditions. Revision always comes down to repetition, the more you go over and over past papers, the quicker you will become at structuring a top answer and therefore receiving higher marks!

You could always send a copy of your answer to your teacher to see if they would be able to go over it briefly and let you know if you are heading along the right lines! Remember your teaches are there to help you as much as they can and wouldn't have any issues with reading through an answer you have prepared! I did find past papers and setting up exam conditions at home to be very useful for improving my answers so I hope it can benefit you too!

Let me know if you have any other questions, I am more than happy to help!

Thanks, Matt 🙂
