Cancelling room or swapping

Does anyone know how you can swap or cancel your room with unite students?

Hey Boo11,

This would all depend on the terms of your specific tenancy agreement. Unite may be able to sort this out for you but I would recommend contacting them ASAP. The longer you leave it, the harder it will be for them to find a replacement tenant.

Do you by any chance know if the accommodations have a waiting list for other students waiting to take over my accommodation if it becomes available? Im worried because I wouldn't be able to sell it for another week or so?
