Supercurricular Economics without A-Level

I’m a year 12 interested in applying to Econ at uni but I haven’t done the A Level, any advice for supercurricular activities that would give me a basic understanding of economics to e.g. help me at interviews etc.

Suggested reading etc from Oxford - good for all top Unis - Economics Reading & Viewing Suggestions | Department of Economics You will be able to get many of these books via your local public library, you don't need to buy them.

Useful Moocs (free short online Uni level courses) to do over the summer
Fundamentals of Economics - Online Economics Course - FutureLearn
Introduction to Economic Theories | Coursera
The Economics and Politicians - Online Course - FutureLearn
The Power of Markets I: The Basics of Supply and Demand and Consumer Behavior | Coursera
etc
