To expand on this, many universities will be happy to talk to a representative on your behalf, such as a sibling, parent or carer but we will need to talk to you first to obtain your consent to talk to your representative. Speaking to yourself throughout the process can make things easier and help us to provide the correct information, but we do know that's not always possible.

If you don't feel able to make a phone call, for clearing this year, the University of Leicester are making clearing offers via WhatsApp. This can really help relax your nerves whilst still dealing with what can be a highly emotional and difficult situation. I know even in normal times I would have anxiety phoning anyone up so this is a great alternative which you can access by following this link- https://api.whatsapp.com/send?phone=447385435000.

We wish you every success for results day and if you have any questions about anything at any time, please do let us know!
