University of Nottingham Mathematics Modules

Where can I find the list of ALL modules available on Maths course in University of Nottingham (not only the ones shown on the course web page)?

Edit: I want to know the modules for every single 1-3 study years for BSc or 1-4 study years for MMath. For example, I am interested in doing Galois theory, but there is no such module shown on the website and most other modules are focused on applied maths. However, it says that the modules shown there is only a sample of what you can study, so I want to see if I will be able to do more pure maths than applied.

Hi there! Lovely to hear our Maths courses are of interest 😁

Our Course Pages do offer a lot of details about upcoming module plans, but they do not always contain everything as the final list is usually not until right before the course starts and timetabling begins.

That said, you can find lots more information about each module and the content for previous years using our publicly available Curriculum Catalogue - The programme section shows the course overall for previous years and for some courses this coming 2025 year, and the modules section digs deep into each modules contents.

For example, Here you can see details for 2024 BSc Mathematics G100, and Here you can read about the MATH1101 Module in particular for that year.

Have a look around! It might not be exactly what happens in the next academic year, but gives the most detailed impression of the content you might expect to see.
