Can you apply to a university that you rejected in clearing

When you pick your firm and insurance choice you reject your other 3 choices can you apply to one of those 3 during clearing?

You can apply for any course in clearing provided that you meet the relevant entry requirements. Other than in extremely exceptional circumstances, having a prior history with a university will not affect your chances of being offered a place in clearing by them. Based on your situation, you should not have any problems applying to the universities you previously rejected for clearing places.
