I am currently looking for a student to take over my tenancy in Newton House student accommodation! Especially perfect for freshers or master's students! I've been here for two years and I honestly have no complaints!
University of Glasgow - 15-20mins walk/ 9 mins bus
School of Art - 8 mins walk
Glasgow Caledonian University- 15-20mins
Strathclyde University - 20-25 mins bus or train/ 25-30mins walk
Mitchell Library - < 5 minutes walk
Pure gym - < 5 mins walk
£180 per week, ALL BILLS INCLUDED! Tenancy is from Monday, 1 September 2025, until Monday, 3 August 2026. Dates can be adjusted with the accommodation. It includes
- double bed
- cabinet
- desk table
- shared kitchen and living room
- 3 shared bathrooms amongst 5 flatmates
The accommodation also includes a
- gym
- pool and table tennis games room
- study room
- cinema room
